Drew Madden is a seasoned veteran of the healthcare industry. As the former president of the Nordic Consulting Partners Inc, Madden has put numerous years into the industry. He was responsible for relationships between his company and their clients, developing business, and recruiting for Nordic Consulting.
He has been in this position since 2011, after moving to Nordic in 2010 as the Executive Vice President. In his time with Nordic, the company has seen enormous growth. When he first arrived, the company has a grand total of 10 employees; when the 2016-year finished, the company had grown to employing 725 people. He also helped to grow the cliental list, increasing the number of clients from three to close to 150. And the dollars were being raked in during his tenure. He increased the profits of Nordic Consulting Partners Inc. from $1,000,000 annually to $130,000,000. For his work, the company is now the world’s largest Epic consulting firm and has numerous awards. They were the recipient of the KLAS awards for consulting excellence numerous times and were ranked #1 in Epic implementation services in 2012 and 2014.
Prior to his time with Nordic, Drew Madden was Regional Sales Director at Ingenix Consulting, where his main responsibilities were consulting sales and client development in Epic, GE-IDX, and Allscripts practices. And before his time with Ingenix Consulting, Madden was a Senior Epic Consultant with Healthia Consulting installing Epic Inpatient applications in multiple hospital systems throughout the Midwest.
Drew Madden graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Medical Systems. In the past year, Drew has taken a new position with Evergreen Healthcare Partners after stepping down as President of Nordic Consulting Partners. Evergreen is a Madison, Wisconsin based firm that will use the Epic Systems digital record system.
